i certainly agree that he seems to be able to create a group dynamic that is incredibly positive. The two real tests will be
1. to lift them up technically to the slightly higher level that is needed to score more goals. Whether this is personnel or structure I don’t know but we will all watch with interest.
2. to deal with the inevitable defeats that will come.
Anyway, it’s a pleasure to see a really skilful manager going about his business. I just wonder how long he will stay and what happens next. In a normal business he would be training someone to take over but football has never been normal.

As I have posted before, if and when NW decides to finally call it a day, what would be wrong with following the old Liverpool trait of promotion within, Kevin Blackwell (61) to take over followed by Ronnie Jepson (57) and they bring a younger coach to replace NW to learn the ropes (but not JW).
Come on BORO.
That seems to be a logical solution but, not knowing the guys, I wonder how much is based on NW as a leader. Anyway, it would certainly be worth thinking about.
I’m also less negative towards JW. A few years spent under the current team could make him a totally different manager.
