Is this a re-working and re-imagining of our old friend Typical Boro?

Well the bad day at the office has continued into Tuesday. Devoid of ideas, passing once more atrocious, and I wish I had a euro for every sideways and backwards pass.

I have no thoughts on what MC can do to change this around. There are just too many players just not in the game at all.

As OFB said, Crooks for a start, but I doubt MC will change at HT

Well that was a continuation of Saturday.  Had the majority of possession but passing at times is awful and build up play is pedestrian. It looks more like a practice game than a cup tie.

Exeter had one shot and scored we don’t look like scoring.

If this continues then “Typical Boro” is alive and kicking. 😎

You were saying, KP?  Rogers equalises in the 49th minute, assisted by Bangura.  😉

And now one from Silvera, right footed curled into the corner

The lead lasted for precisely seven minutes!  Exeter level (Trevitt again).

What's the chance Boro will put in a bid for Trevett...? 2-2.

Boro GK Glover un-nerved?  Nearly ran the ball into his own net (according to Maddo on BBCTees).

Loved the BBC Sport Tees quote: this is just a "who can score the best goal tonight competition?"

Am I right in thinking there won't be extra time, just straight to penalties?

ELL according to the Beeb's text commentary.

Ah, I see:  Rogers fouled by Trevitt.

Job done but hardly craftsmen at work. Does that sound harsh?

I feel the happiest for the 1,000+  Boro supporters . Goodness knows when they’ll get home but at least they’ll be on a high having watched an enjoyable cup tie. All credit to Exeter.

I thought Hackney was at fault for both their goals giving the ball away
