@redcarred. Gary Player has often said that the more he practiced the luckier he seemed to get. It appears watching our freekicks, corner and penalties, we are practicing the wrong things!😎
When (if) 4000 fans are allowed back in to The Riverside will an attendance of 22,458 still be announced......
@redcarred
Seems fairly obvious to me. That’s why golfers practice their chipping techniques.
Organised correctly it could be even quicker than on normal match days.
…..LOL...…. this is the Boro we are talking about!!!
Steve McClaren is back at Derby County - but not as boss.
The former Boro manager has been appointed as an advisor to the board and technical director.
Up the Boro!
@jarkko. So that's another, "beware of the curse of the old boys" coming up tomorrow! 😎
You have cheered me up no end, I was thinking a grand total for the entire ground. What you say makes sense to me, lets hope you are right.
If only, the truly amazing thing about our dead balls is the sheer lack of thought, if a free kick in scoring distance of the goal screamed over the bar, yes, I would be irritated at the inaccuracy but not the intention. But time after time, there is no intent, Joe palooka wanders over, has a brief look , and punts the ball at three quarter speed over the wall into the arms of the Keeper, who was confident it was going there. And I am still annoyed that we have not repeated our corner drill of a curling rocket at shoulder height to the near post, with half our team waiting for it in front of said near post. That would be our only score from a corner that I can remember
