Were those suggestions perhaps aimed at Powmill, Dormo? I watched the match live on ITV, so didn't personally need to look for a catch-up site, but thanks anyway. I checked ITVX out of sheer curiosity to see whether it was actually available there, found it straightaway in the sport category & just wondered whether Powmill had looked in the right place. As I said, however, I live in London.
@stircrazy - The applause for the Police officers who died on duty (according to the news, their car was struck in Grangetown by a VW Passat which had been driving the wrong way along the A66 - on the wrong side) was very well received and a large majority in the crowd applauded loudly.

Man Utd pay tribute to 'proud red' crash death officer
The two sons of a police officer killed in a crash on Teesside will lead out the Manchester United team as mascots for Sunday's Premier League match against Ipswich at Old Trafford. PC Matthew Blades, described as a "proud Red" by United, was a regular at Old Trafford. The club have paid tribute to him in Sunday's match programme. His widow will attend the game with their children.
PC Blades and his colleague, PC Tom Clough, died in a head-on collision between their police car and a vehicle going the wrong way on the A66 near Middlesbrough early on 22 August. Five people in the other vehicle also died.
United said they learned of the deaths of the two officers "with great sadness".
"Matthew was a proud Red, a devoted family man and a police officer who dedicated his life to helping others," said the club, in a tribute in the programme.
Earlier this week, 17 people were arrested in connection with the investigation into the crash bringing the total number of arrests to 24.

Vitek still is not convincing me. He is welded to his line at times instead of using his height to dominate the area. I agree with those thinking he was at fault for their goal. What is all that with punching the ball ... at one point there was a two handed punch of the ball low, straight back to the West Brom midfield that could have ... should have... been punished. That is 3 games now. How many is reasonable before he gets pulled?.. For me, I would have Brynn back for the next game.
Powmil, I have seen the highlights a couple of times now. I think it is Ayling who is to blame for the WBA goal. I don't think we can blame Videk. The defence and especially Ayling was huffing and puffing (I hope I wrote taht correcly, but you know whay I mean).The Northern Echo game Ayling a five. It was not his best performances but we win or lose as a team. Up the Boro!

To a degree I agree, Jarkko, Bill could have done better, but Vitek left himself in no man's land, neither on his line nor attacking the ball to at least punch clear. The latter, taking the responsibility in his own domain to get out and punch that ball away was the thing a top keeper would have made. The best option, if you like.
The next best thing would have been to stay sufficiently close to his line, in line with where the ball was being played, to enable him to reach the ball with minimum movement as it might be headed or played towards the goal itself.
The worst thing to do in that scenario is to to be indecisive and caught too far away to challenge for or punch the ball, and too far from his line to otherwise to dive and or stretch to save the goalbound attempt. It was too easy for Morgan to direct the ball over the not inconsiderable height of our keeper and into the net.
So far this season, Vitek has not looked at all in command of his area. In fact I would go so far as to suggest he has looked uncomfortable and at times unsure. So, like I pondered, how many outings is reasonable to give to him before handing the gloves back to Brynn, especially given the large fee that suggests he should be good enough already.
I think that is a fair assessment Powmill. He did niether one thing or the other. As you said, in the end he got stuck in no man’s land.
To far out, and over past him. Not on the line where he would have had more room, or in reality, he should have attacked the ball, a punch as worst, would have done.
@Powmill - I'm not going to suggest a definitive number of games for it, but I think it is way too early to give a verdict on our new goalie. I haven't been completely bowled over by his performances yet, but I don't rule out the possibility he may turn out to be exceptional. Give him some time not only to get to know how his defenders play the game, but also their names!
