Im afraid Emmes was one of those players that often flattered to deceive.

His most important games that helped the Boro were when he played out of his skin whilst on loan to Swansea which helped Boro get a good fee for him.

@ken Emnes reminds me of Spence in a way. I like both players but there is an element of uncertainity about both. Will they fill their potential. Something is very similar with both players when you see them - both on and off the field.

I hope Spence will be more succesfull as he was very good in his first season and became my favourite player that season.
