A nice little summation of the classic underachievers. Us older supporters know what will happen=, when something looks easy and nailed-on Boro are the coupon busters. It still doesn't stop me getting exasperated and cross at their predictable lash-ups.

I have just looked at the highlights, hm!!!! I think that they had no idea how to start a game against underdogs. Ball hoofed into their half, everybody thought someone would hoof it back upfield where we would score a goal. They were given a goal by shocking defending, we became even more determined that we would get in their half and score a hatfull, they kept hoofing it up field, we kept thinking someone would clear it, how difficult would it be? All three of their goals were scored with no defenders within shouting distance. By the way,, our keeper has no idea, and no one is telling him, that much is obvious. Just two points, one, stay on your line in the middle of your goal. Two, when the situation is desperate and someone is two strides away rom getting possession of the ball in your box, then do not wander over to him, then back off, you are just as much a player as he is, challenge for the ball, I thought you were favourite to get that ball, and you only had to hoof it, he had to control it.
