Changes are coming to Middlesbrough ( the town)
House of Fraser, (Binns),Debenhams, Zetland Car Park, Marks & Spencer and the Middleshaven Dock have been bought or are in the process of being bought by the newly formed Middlesbrough Development Corporation.
This will hopefully mean that the town centre and the area around the Riverside will finally be smartened up and not make the area look so shabby.

OFB, Here's hoping they have some vision, ability and passion for a revolutionary renewal and not another slow fail. Who are the 'Development Corporation'? Hopefully not the same old same old.

Hopefully Ben "lack of governance" houchen will be gone in May and maybe there will be some transparency, his polling figure are as good as the governments
